The complete comprehensive coverage (as more in detail defined in Salaam Takaful standard Commercial Vehicle comprehensive policy) against accidental loss or damage and/or theft of the vehicle, including legal liability of the participant to Third Parties arising out of the use of the car. The Policy also ensures the coverage for the risk of terrorism to the point of the full sum insured of the vehicle.

This is the basic car insurance plan that meets authorized and legal car insurance/takaful requirements under the Motor Vehicle Act 1939. The policy covers the legal liability of the insured to Third Parties that arises out of the use of the motor vehicle. The Third Party Liability car insurance plan means that it covers the third party loss only who may be incapacitated or killed in an accident and whose car or property may be damaged due to the accident. It does not cover any damage that is incurred to the insured own car or property or any injuries or bereavement to the insured.
